Soy milk versus Cow Milk, Which One is Better?
Soy milk versus Cow Milk, Which One is Better?

Many people are switching to soy milk because of allergy to lactose, which is the main carbohydrate in milk. Whatever the advantages and weaknesses of each of these milk?

Lactose, the primary carbohydrate in cow’s milk causes digestive problems for some people. People who are intolerant (intolerant) for a lactose enzyme deficiency of lactose, needed to break down lactose.

This makes people with an intolerance for gas production, bloating and diarrhea after eating some form of dairy cows.

Soy milk is a substitute for allergic to cow’s milk. Technically, the soy milk is milk, like cow’s milk, but juice drink made of soy. Soy milk is also popular with vegetarians, as basic ingredients derived from plants.

Today there are more people consciously choose soy milk instead of cow’s milk for health benefits it offers. But the benefits of soy is still a debate, but it is generally accepted that a large number of compounds containing soy milk are very healthy.

The debate over soy milk and cow’s milk

The major difference between soymilk and cow’s milk is the source, ie plants and animals.

Steady as quoted by Health on Friday (05/14/2010), a cup of fortified soymilk, is (still pure, but were enriched) contains about 7 grams protein, 4 grams carbohydrates, 4.5 grams of fat and no cholesterol.

Although soy milk contains vitamin B, but this milk is not a source of vitamin ᧔ and not provide a significant contribution to football.

Because soy milk instead of cow’s milk producers have offered versions of soy milk, enriched with calcium, vitamin E and ᧔, vitamin D and other nutrients.

While the cow gives milk carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fats. All milk contains 8 grams of protein and 12 grams of carbs per cup. It is also a rich source of other nutrients.

A cup of cow’s milk provide 30 percent of the daily requirement of calcium for adults, and about 50 percent of vitamin ᧔ and riboflavin. Often fortified with vitamin D for calcium absorption to facilitate vitamin A and so the cow is considered a full meal.

The advantage of the cow milk

Dairy cows experience the process of pasteurization, this is a process in which milk is heated, kills bacteria, enzymes and proteins are not profitable.

Cows’ milk is rich in enzymes and contains basically the 22 essential amino acids, including phosphate, which is essential for calcium absorption.

Raw milk or perahan has many health benefits and the best sources of calcium.

Milk is a source of vitamins, especially vitamin ᧔, which is an important vitamin that is hard to find sources of non-meat. It also contains enzymes IgG (immunoglobulin), vitamins A, B and C.

The study also shows that milk from milk also contains antibodies and enzymes in fact the milk is less susceptible to bacteria. Lipase is also present, which aids the digestion of fats.

Another advantage is that milk CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) or contain conjugated linoleic acid, which has been observed for the fight against cancer.

The benefits of soy milk

The health benefits of soy milk is irrefutable. However, many people who care about the comparison of measured with soy milk and cow.

Soy is rich in protein, and also because it is based on beans contain fiber that is much higher compared to cow milk.

The major advantage is the isoflavones from soy milk. These are chemicals similar to estrogen. Isoflavones related to health and is responsible for preventing various forms of cancer, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and other diseases.

nonfat soy milk. Soy milk is 2 percent less fat than milk but contain no cholesterol.

Why soy milk-based peanuts, milk contains about 9 times less saturated fat than cow milk. Moreover, soy milk has 10 times more fatty acids from milk, which is a healthy fat.

cholesterol-free soy milk. Moreover, soy lowers LDL cholesterol Suu, while increasing the milk levels of LDL cholesterol. Soy milk offers extra protection for the liver with phytochemicals, abundant in soy milk.

Soy milk contains more than four times the amount of thiamin (vitamin ʕ), almost double the amount of niacin (vitamin ʗ) compared to cow’s milk. Soy milk contains more magnesium, copper and manganese in milk.

Soymilk also contains 42 times the amount of manganese and cow’s milk. Manganese is necessary for bone formation. People with anemia requires manganese for iron storage.

Research has shown that people who drank two glasses of soy milk a day for 70 percent less prostate cancer. There are similar results in humans who drink milk.

Weaknesses soymilk

The shortcoming is the lack of soy milk contains calcium, which is only about one fourth of the calcium present in dairy cows. Many manufacturers of soy milk to add calcium to their products but studies show that it is not as healthy as natural calcium.

The core of nine amino acids in a protein necessary for life, cow and soy milk contain nearly identical amounts.

Grams of milk, the fifth amino acid is more important than soymilk. If one of the nine essential amino acids methionine, could be a triumph for lovers of cows. Cow’s milk contains twice as much soy milk instead of methionine.

Soy contains riboflavin, about 60 percent less than in cow milk. Riboflavin is an essential vitamin, but also in some cereals, yeast, green leafy vegetables, beans and wheat. So instead of cow’s milk for riboflavin resources for people who eat a balanced diet.

Women who have breast cancer may have to change your intake of soy protein to reduce, as several studies have examined the possible dangers of soy consumption of more than marked.

Another study in the journal Human Reproduction, shows that 41 million fewer sperm per milliliter of semen after eating only a portion of the soy-containing foods every two days.

But keep in mind, both types of milk was not given to children younger than one year. Breastmilk is the food and drink for the children because all sources of nutrients needed for growth and development is included in breast milk.

Easy Tips to Explode Your Growth

May 17th, 2010

[caption id="attachment_2489" align="alignleft" width="300" caption="Easy Tips to Explode Your Growth"]Easy Tips to Explode Your Growth[/caption]

It can be frustrating putting in hard work at the gym and not seeing the results you were expecting especially after several weeks or months of work. Well use these tips to learn how to build muscle quick so you can finally be proud of your body.

1.) Eat more

A lot of guys think they’re eating plenty of food every day. The simple fact of the matter is if you’re not seeing muscle gains in the gym and you’re putting in the hard work, then you’re not eating enough. I’m at around 170 pounds right now and I need to eat about 4500-5000 calories every day to see muscle gains. A 140 pound guy will need to eat around 3500 to see gains. Your muscles need all those extra calories so they can grow larger. If there’s not enough fuel, they won’t go anywhere.

2.) Work out less

Now I know this seems like something ridiculous to say. If you want a great body, you can’t just slack off and expect it to happen by magic. What I mean is stop doing the same old, 5-7 day split with tons of sets per body part. You don’t need to work a muscle out to death to spark new growth. You just need to work a muscle out hard and properly. Prolonging the experience only burns extra calories that could go to building the muscle back stronger, as well as exhausting the muscle so it doesn’t recover as quickly as it should. 1 exercise per body part at 3-5 sets per exercise is plenty to spark new growth as long as you pushing that muscle for all it’s worth. Which leads us to the last tip

3.) Only lift for 10 reps max

You should be lifting a weight that you can only lift 10 times so by your 4th set, you are using every last scrap of muscle fiber to get that weight up. This is how muscle is made; by forcing it to adapt to new and progressively higher stresses. You don’t need to kill your muscles, you just need to get them to grow. Lifting for anything more than 10 reps only stimulates your slow twitch muscle fibers, which have about 0% growth potential. You want to stimulate your fast twitch muscle fibers to ensure growth.

These are the keys for how to build muscle quick. You don’t need high priced supplements, you just need good, old fashioned know how. Stick to these fundamentals and you’ll start seeing new growth in no time.
