A new study shows that eating more olive oil, nuts, fish, bird meat, and certain fruits and vegetables, may be effective in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. The researchers found that if the special health benefits on the brain uptake of nutrients, the probability of suffering from dementia will be 40% lower than normal.
