Sea vegetables are a wonderful source of nutrients, not so common with westerners, but did you know that asian cultures have used sea vegetables in their daily diets for many centuries and are known to have the lowest rate of chronic illness in the world? We need to nourish our bodies with the natural occuring elements that nature has provided for us, and leave the processed food chains on every corner in the dust! Our government spends nearly $2 trillion on health care to treat illness, not prevent it. Wellness is up to us, and we need to quit waiting untill we are dying for the government to take care of us.
