Which food rich in vitamins

Vitamin B6: meat, dairy, eggs, vegetables, wheat germ, liver class, peanuts, yeast, sunflower seeds, bananas, rice bran and so on.

Folic acid and vitamin B12: animal offal, shellfish, milk, fish, crab, egg yolk, green leafy vegetables, meat, legumes, fruits and so on.

Vitamin B2: animal offal, beans, vegetables, hard shell class (peanuts, sunflower seeds, etc.), eggs, milk and so on.

Vitamin C: Fresh vegetables, fruits, such as bean sprouts, tomatoes, oranges, red dates, fresh persimmon pepper, cabbage, Xianou, orange, grapefruit, lemon, strawberry, wild jujube, hawthorn and so on.
